It is most often recommended to take it in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before a meal, for maximum absorption.

Placing under the tongue (sublingual) allows the substances to be absorbed more quickly.

Important! Despite its many benefits, royal jelly can cause allergic reactions in sensitive people (itching, difficulty breathing, digestive problems). Consultation with a doctor is recommended, especially if you are taking blood pressure medication.

It should also not be consumed by children under 3 years of age !
