     1. Method of delivery

Доставките се извършват основно, чрез куриерска фирма Еконт Експрес – от офис до офис на куриера или до посочен от клиента адрес на територията на Република България.
For accurate and correct delivery, the customer must provide an accurate address, name and valid Bulgarian phone number when registering or ordering.
Deliveryта може да бъде изпълнена и от друг пренает от Еконт Експрес доставчик по тяхно усмотрение.
Exceptionally, delivery may be made by a representative of the seller, after prior agreement with the customer, in which case the price of delivery shall be further specified.
Orders placed on the current online shop are processed solely.

2. Confirmation of orders

We at Medena Fantasia will call you at the number you have provided to confirm your request.

3. Payment

Payment can be made by:
- Cash on delivery - the amount is paid at the office of Econt Express upon receipt or to the courier upon delivery
- Bank transfer - the amount shall be paid to the account specified by Medena Fantasia. .
After the payment is established, we prepare and send what the customer has requested. Shipping costs are not included and are paid separately to the courier.
In case of cash payment, postal money order is used. The customer receives a fiscal document from Econt Express, which replaces a cash receipt within the meaning of the Postal Services Act. Please keep the document as proof of payment.

4. Dispatch and delivery times

- Delivery times after dispatch depend entirely on the terms of the courier company, Econt Express.

5. Price of delivery

The delivery costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases expressly mentioned.
Free delivery to an Econt office in Bulgaria is offered only for orders of products over 100 euros , which are not subject to current promotions. The entire order is sent to one specified Econt office.
The free delivery applies only to the customer's specified Econt office, not to an address.
In case of refusal to receive a shipment that has already been sent, the customer shall pay the cost of delivery both ways.

6. Tariffs and additional services

The price of delivery is determined according to the terms of Econt Express:
- shipment weight
- locality
- amount of the payment imposed
- declared value

About Usелени места без офис на Еконт Експрес се начислява допълнителна такса за гориво и пътни условия.
There are also additional charges for :
- delivery to address: 09:00 - 13:00.
- delivery for a fixed hour (10:30 - 17:30 +/-30 min.) - extra 3-4 €
- Saturday delivery to address - extra 3-4 €
- SMS notification-about 0.10€
- changes to the shipment (such as name, address, office, time) - according to the tariff of Econt Econt

7. Refrigerated bag

If requested for transport of products such as royal jelly, a refrigerated bag can be used for an additional charge of approximately 3.50 € to Econt.
Maximum size: 30 × 30 × 17 cm.

- up to 1 kg - 3.70 €
- 1 - 2 kg - 4.10 €
- 2 - 5 kg - 4.60 €
- 5 - 10 kg - 7.20 €

9. Shipment Overview

All shipments are viewable before payment and have a declared value (insurance).
Inspect the parcels in the presence of the courier or in an Econt office in front of an employee.
Lapses, discrepancies or damages not detected on site will not be honored.

10. Responsibility

„Honey Fantasy“ не носи отговорност за забавяне или неточно изпълнение при:
- faults of the courier company
- false or incomplete data provided by the customer
In the event of circumstances leading to a delay, the customer will be notified promptly by telephone or email.
