     These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Hristo Ivanov, hereinafter referred to as „Manufacturer / of honey and bee products, selling its own products / through the online store www.medenafantazia.com and users of the online store, accessible through the website of the manufacturer. .
By using the online store and placing an order, the user accepts and agrees to these General Terms:

The online shop www.medenafantazia.com provides consumers with the opportunity to purchase honey and bee products , by concluding a distance purchase contract.

     3. Registration and orders
- Orders can be placed with or without registration.
- The user is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date data.
- After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation by email or phone.

     4. Prices
- All prices in the online store are indicated in euros and Bulgarian levs until 08.08.2026, and then only in euros. For prices in euro apply the rules for currency conversion under Article 12 and respectively rounding under Article 13 of the Act on the introduction of the euro in the Republic of Bulgaria.
- „Honey Fantasia“ reserves the right to change prices, changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Orders can be paid by:
- cash on delivery
- bank transfer

     6. Delivery
- Deliveries are made by courier company Econt Express to their office or address on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
- The delivery time is usually within 3 working days after the day on which the request is made , unless otherwise specified. .
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless a promotion is advertised.

     7. Complaints

- All our parcels are previewed before payment and have a declared value /insurance/. In this regard, customers have the right to inspect their parcels, in front of the courier, upon delivery to an address or, in front of the courier, at the Econt office. .
-Claims for shortages, discrepancies or damage to your order which are not registered with a courier on delivery to a specified address or with a courier at an Econt Express office will not be honoured.

     8. Limitation of liability
„Honey Fantasy „ is not responsible for:
- improper use of products
- allergic reactions in case of individual intolerance
- delays caused by the courier company
The products are not medicines and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
